José Neif Jury Fabre Minister for Middle East, Business & Economic Affairs ProMéxico Mr. Neif is in charge of ProMéxico, the trade and investment promotion agency of the Federal Government of México in the UK and the Middle East, with offices in London and Dubai. The Government of México has an active engagement and commercial policy with all the MENA countries and ProMéxico’s offices manage and execute it. Prior to ProMéxico, Mr. Neif held a senior position at Banorte, one of México largest banks. Mr. Neif enjoys teaching. He has been professor of Finance and Operations Research at several universities in México and is a frequent guest professor in universities in the U.S., Europe, South America and the Middle East.
