SERAJ AL BAKER Seraj S. al Baker is the CEO of Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development, Q.S.C. located in Doha, Qatar. He has served in this capacity since January, 2008. He has a 35-year track record of excellence in Banking and Finance. He also served as a former General Manager of several Kuwaiti and international real estate and investment companies. Currently, he is serving as Chairman for First Dubai Real Estate Development Company in Kuwait since 2008. He has a BA in Political Science & International Relations in Economics and Commerce from the University of Wisconsin located in Madison, Wisconsin, USA-1975.
